History

Pediatric Achievements actually began in North Carolina back in 2006 where the owner, Erin Clemens, was living at the time.  As the spouse of an active duty Marine, she and her husband unexpectedly found themselves moving to Okinawa, Japan on military orders!

During their time in Okinawa from 2007-2010, Erin continued Pediatric Achievements, serving both military families & children as well as some local Japanese families.

In the summer of 2010, Erin found herself in Northern Virginia when her husband’s USMC career took him to Quantico.  When she wasn’t able to secure the right fit for a position in pediatrics, she decided to continue Pediatric Achievements in Woodbridge, VA where it still thrives today!

What started as a solo practice with Erin handling everything while treating a full weekly caseload, has slowly grown into a great team of occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, and a fabulous administrative staff!  In order to continue growing the company, Erin has stepped back from having a regular caseload and instead focuses her time on employee mentorship, leadership, training courses, building both internal and community relationships, and company expansion.  However, her heart and joy is working with children, so you might still see her do a few evaluations and treatment sessions!
