ALEXANDRA "ALEX" LUND
Alex grew up in Newport News Virgina and received her Bachelor of Science in English from Radford University with a minor in Philosophy. She has worked in healthcare administration since 2016 and has a background in paraoptometric billing and coding. She is passionate about healthcare ethics and applies her diverse skillset to ensuring our families are supported, heard, and well-informed. She is a tireless advocate for patients, personally assisting families with understanding their insurance coverage, pursuing their benefits, and reaching out to local primary/specialty care providers.
As the Office Manager, Alex supervises the administrative systems and processes at Pediatric Achievements. She collaborates closely with therapists, ensuring they have the necessary administrative support to provide the best possible care for our families. Beyond her role in healthcare administration, she is active in our community outreach events, building connections with local families, providers, and institutions. In her spare time, Alex enjoys reading, watching documentaries with her cat Sammi, traveling with her husband Seth, cooking, and spending time with her family.
Halle is the Accounts Specialist for Pediatric Achievements. You can probably catch her working every day of the week! Halle began working at Pediatric Achievements in February 2021 and has been assisting with the front desk, insurance verifications, evaluation intakes, scheduling, obtaining scripts, and the most important job of all - the Sticker Queen! She graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Justice Studies, double minoring in Humanitarian Affairs and Political Science. In her free time, Halle enjoys baking, listening to music, puzzles, spending time with her family, crocheting, and reading!
Certified Healthcare Virtual Assistant
Dianne Bautista is not only a registered nurse but is also a Certified Healthcare Virtual Assistant! She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the Philippines, where she works full time virtually for Pediatric Achievements since February 2022. Dianne handles many of our integral administrative tasks such as insurance verifications, data input, maintaining spreadsheets, contacting families for paperwork, managing intake paperwork, and helping with various data tracking. Prior to joining us at Pediatric Achievements, she worked as a nurse in a hospital, school, and a COVID-19 facility. In her free time, she enjoys baking, reading, and spending time with her family.
Scheduler and Administrative Assistant
Tasha is our master scheduler and works part-time in the front office! If you call our office during the hours of 10am-2pm, chances are you will be talking to Tasha! She began working at Pediatric Achievements in August 2022, and brightens our day with her infectious laugh! She studied Psychology with a minor in Communication at The University of Mary Washington and plans to return to get her BA degree. Tasha has 3 kids, and enjoys spending her free time swimming, reading, and playing cornhole!
